With our Level 2 Detail Plan, you can enjoy the convenience of two Standard Details each month. Simply drop off your vehicle at your scheduled time, relax in our lobby, and let our expert technicians handle the rest–fast, efficient, and hassle-free.

BILLING & CANCELLATION

TRD Window Tint & Films is committed to protecting your privacy. For this reason, we do not store customer card information for automatic renewals. Instead, an invoice will be sent 10 days before the subscription due date. If the invoice is not paid by the due date, the subscription will be automatically canceled, and customers must contact our office to resubscribe.

Customers may cancel their subscription plan at any time without penalty. Subscription billing follows a monthly billing cycle based on the original start date of the plan. If a subscription is canceled during an active cycle, services will remain available for the remainder of that month, as payment has already been processed. No refunds or price adjustments are provided upon cancellation or resubscription.

GETTING STARTED

Customers interested in our subscription plans are required to receive an initial detail from TRD Window Tint & Films within 30 days of starting their subscription. This ensures each vehicle meets our cleanliness standards and allows us to maintain consistent, high-quality service. This initial detail is priced according to our structured detailing service levels (Level 1-Level 4) and varies based on the condition of the vehicle. To get started, please call us or stop by our shop to schedule your initial detail. Customers who have received an initial detail from TRD Window Tint & Films within the past 30 days are eligible to begin a subscription without requiring another initial detail.
